VISITS

I went by Brother Stanley's to drop of a VHS of a gospel presentation. He was not feeling well and we prayed for him. The Holy Spirit blessed in a marvelous way and God touched him. PRAISE THE LORD!

Karen and I visited with several today. Earlier today we visited with Carla Lawton and her daughter Tyler and son Brandon. We enjoyed a good visit and wished them a Merry Christmas. We also stopped by and wished April Davis and her children a Merry Christmas.

We visited with Sister Lennie Mae Crossno at the McKenzie Rehabilitation Center. She is doing okay. I administered Communion to her. We had a good season of prayer. The visit went well.

We were invited to come and have dinner tonight with Deacon J. E. Moore and wife Marie. We had a good time of visiting and fellowship with them. Brother Moore always shows concern and care for the pastor and family and the church - for which we are very thankful. He has spent many hours working on the landscaping of the new property without any pay or remuneration. Thank you Brother Moore and also his son James. They both have worked diligently to get things ready to start building. We are continuing to seek the Lord to help us make the best decisions in this time of building and development of the property. We had a good season of prayer before we left to come home.
