Sister Karen and I traveled to the Dickson Campground for the Ministerial Development Institute yesterday. Pastor Chuck Burks, Jackson Pastor, traveled with us. The MDI was great! The instructors covered the material in the book by Dr. Ron Cottle , Anointed to Reign, very well, considering the brevity of time. Bishops and Pastors, Reid, Holt, Lawson, and Stone gave great emphasis on the way God directed David throughout his life as the anointed king of Israel. . .which is an example for us today in our spiritual walk with God. State Overseer, Dr. E. C. McKinley presented a stirring and challenging message on the elements of Revival. Dr. Ian Bond from Beacon Institute of Ministry gave an excellent presentation of the educational incentive that State Overseer, E. C. McKinley is presenting to the Pastor’s and ministers of Tennessee. Bishop McKinley will be initiating this educational incentive in sections of the state.
