Bishop Randy Howard has been selected by the International Presbytery of the Church of God of Prophecy to serve as the next General Overseer. Bishop Howard will be presented to the General Assembly for confirmation Wednesday.
Bishop Howard is the son of Elva Howard, long-time Women's Ministries Director for the Church of God of Prophecy. He is a graduate of the Church of God Theological Seminary. Bishop Howard currently serves as the International Mission Director. He and his wife Bess reside in Cleveland, Tennessee.Brother Howard is one of the finest men and ministers I know. The church will be served well by his leadership.
