SUNDAY MORNING:
God blessed greatly in our morning service. The Sunday School was very informative and inspirational. Psalms is one of my favorite books of the Bible and so very helpful to read and apply in our daily lives

As Pastor, I announced and boosted the 100 days of prayer and the ten days of fasting. We are joining together in this time of seeking God.

The morning message emphasized World Mission Month and was taken from 2 Corinthians chapter 8. The Macedonian church gave out of their extreme poverty and the Apostle Paul encouraged the Corinthian church to become involved in giving to those who had much less. We are thankful to be able to give and our Harvest Partner, Uganda/Sudan, certainly needs our giving and our prayers. The children each were given a cup to be filled up for missions and the congregation was challenged to pray and ask God what he desires from each one.

SUNDAY EVENING

God met with us on Sunday evening. We enjoyed a great time of worship. It was awesome to meet together as we prayed and sought God and worshipped him. The presence of the Lord was very evident as people were praying around the altar.

Karen and I were pleasantly surprised after the service. The church gave a joint birthday surprise for Karen and I. We enjoyed the birthday wishes, the snacks, the cards and the cake was very nice and good. God bless you precious people at Huntingdon. Karen was more surprised since she thought it was only for me. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! We love each one and pray for you.
