Father of General Overseer, R. A. Howard and International Children's Ministries Director, Kathy Creasy, passed this morning around 9:15 am. His wife, Elva Howard, served as General Women's Missionary Director for many years. Arrangements will be posted on the Tennessee State site or the International site.
