The wonder of bicycle exercise. Well, just think about it for a moment. Most of us are trapped day after day in an office, home, the cab of a vehicle or other limited space. We are not only in a confined area, but usually those places are filled with stress. What does a bicycle have to do with all that?
How can you find a release for that build up of stress and dreariness? By bike riding, of course. Hop on your bike and put your cares and worries away for an hour or two. Better yet, start planning a bicycle touring trip for your yearly vacation adventure. That's guaranteed to brighten your outlook on life.
